Local Ballarat Media have thrown their weight behind the inaugural 2018 Run for a Cause event. All advertising has been provided in kind by local media across Television, Radio, Newspaper, Cinema, Outdoor, Creative & Production.
Pepper Brand Managers, Prime7, The Courier, 3BA & PowerFM, Regent Cinemas, Gee Screens, Ballarat FNL, Stockland Wendouree, Sovereign Press, & Drever Signs have been the key partners in delivering the advertising message across the community,
Advertising agency, Pepper Brand Managers, were one of the first to partner with the event and have taken the lead on producing all advertising collateral, design & building of website, and liason with media on placement of ad spots and scheduling. Pepper Director, Jed Manley, said helping ‘the cause’ was what motivated the Pepper team to assist.
“The statistic that 12% of Ballarat need to use emergency food relief programs was staggering to our team. For many of us, sometimes our greatest concern is when our next weekend getaway might be, versus where will my next meal come from. Committing our resources to help build awareness was something we could contribute to help improve the situation. We can all do something.”

Delivering an event of this scale requires extensive resources, and having local organisations such as Pepper with the right skill sets are helping to deliver a campaign of high quality with wide reaching coverage.
Whilst raising money and lifting awareness of the event and the cause is priority, with over $120,000 of media behind the campaign this provides further benefit to all event partners having their brands profiled and associated with such an important community cause.
