TRAINING PROGRAMS

Local Marathon runner and co-owner of The Running Company Ballarat, Julian Spence, today released two training programs for participants to prepare themselves for the 10km and 5km events depending of their current fitness levels.

As a 4 time winner of the Great Ocean Road Marathon and level 2 Athletics Australia recreational running coach, Julian said both programs had been designed to help all participants achieve their goals for the 2018 ‘Run for a Cause’ with 1 designed for those wishing to finish the event, and 1 for those wishing to finish as fast as they can.

Julian and his partner Bri own local running store The Running Company Ballarat.  Both Julian and Bri recently completed the Berlin Marathon achieving personal best times of  2:16:39 and 2:59:22 respectively.
