Only 8 days to go until Ballarat Foundation Run for a Cause 2018!

Don’t be deprived of sleep leading into race day.

Now into our final week of our 8 week training program, Julian this week spoke about the importance of getting enough sleep leading into a race.

“As a runner, sleep is just as important as your training! Prioritising sleep over the next 8 days will have you on the start line feeling fresh and rearing to run! It may mean you have to cut down on that extra nightly episode on Netflix, but your body will thank you!”

The Running Company Ballarat host Run Club every Wednesday evening. Run Club meets at 5:45pm for 6:00pm departure. Meeting locations can be found on The Running Co. Ballarat Facebook page.
