Following the hugely successful 2018 event, the Ballarat Foundation’s ‘Run for a Cause’ is back for another year and we’d like to get all our local businesses involved. It’s a great opportunity to boost staff morale by creating a corporate team, training and fundraising together and then celebrating your team’s achievements on Sunday November 17.  























How to get involved

STEP 1: Register your business as a team 

STEP 2: Get recruiting! Encourage all staff members to join your team 

STEP 3: Promote the event around your business to raise awareness and increase participation 

STEP 4: Raise funds by sending all your team members to the Run4aC Fundraising site 

STEP 5: Enjoy the event on November 17 and fingers crossed – you might even win a prize!  

Prizes

Highest Team Total: Awarded to the team who contributes the highest fundraising total 

Highest Team Average: Awarded to the team with the highest average amount raised per participant 

Largest Team: Awarded to the team with the greatest number of participants. Participants can be registered in any of the events to qualify 

Random Participation Draw: All teams with 10 or more participants will go in the draw to win a prize  

Fastest Team Average – 5 & 10km: Fastest Team averages must have a minimum of 5 participants and include at least 2 female runners.
