ENTRY FEES

FAMILY DISCOUNTS

A family discount of 10% will be applied to all families with at least 3 participants. (This can be either 2 parents + 1 or more children, or 1 parent with 2 or more children) Maximum of 6 per family. Families do not need to all be competing in the same event.

PET PASS

For the dog lovers who wish to compete in Petstock 5km Run or Family Walk, you must purchase a Petstock Pet Pass for $5. The pet pass will come with a Petstock dog lead and some clean up bags in case your loveable pooch does some business on the course.

For the Health and Safety of your dog and other competitors, dogs are not permitted in the 10km and Half Marathon events and therefore pet passes will not be available.

Please note: All Dogs must be on a lead and runners must carry poo bags with them at all times.

Race Pack Collection

The collection of your race packs including your race bib, socks, any purchased merchandise and other goodies will be available at the following times and locations.

RUN FOR A CAUSE EVENT VILLAGE

  • Saturday 12pm – 4pm
  • Sunday 6:30am – 8:30am

eTickets

You will have be provided an eTicket showing your race number via an email in race week. Please ensure you have this with you (either printed or on your phone) to collect your race packs.

Picking up race packs for others is allowed however you must have a copy of their eTicket either printed or on your phone.

As well as recognising and rewarding our fastest runners, in 2019 we will also be recognising those that are blessed with creativity and community spirit.

BEST DRESSED

A people’s choice award will be run post event for the public to vote on the best dressed runner so add some fun to the event and come dressed in your craziest outfits.

HIGHEST FUNDRAISING TOTAL

As well as making a huge difference to support our charities working to help kids get the best start in life, our very best fundraisers will be recognised by with some great prizes and perks from our event partners.

CORPORATE CHALLENGE

The following prizes will be allocated to the businesses competing in the corporate challenge:

Highest Team Total: Awarded to the team who contributes the highest fundraising total to the campaign.

Highest Team Average: Awarded to the team with the highest average amount raised per participant.

PARTICIPATION

Largest Team: Awarded to the team with the greatest number of participants. Participants can be registered in any of the events to qualify.

Random Participation Draw: All teams with 10 or more participants will go in the draw to win a major prize supplied by the Mercure Ballarat.
